Processing Times

Once your order has been processed, it will be prepared for shipment.

Estimated delivery times within the United States:

International Shipping

Arden Shoes currently ships to selected international destinations.

Estimated delivery time:

  • 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country and customs processing.

International customers are responsible for:

These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs.


Order Tracking

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Pre-Orders & Backorders

If an item is available for pre-order or backorder, we will notify you of the estimated shipping date.

Orders containing both in-stock items and pre-order items may be shipped together once all products are available, unless otherwise stated.
