Return Period

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be in the same condition as received, unused and undamaged

  • Include all original packaging, tags, manuals, cables, and accessories

  • Include the receipt or proof of purchase

  • For certain products: must pass serial number / verification checks if applicable

If your return is approved, we will send you return instructions and a return shipping address.

Return Shipping & Responsibility

  • If the return is due to defects, damage, or an incorrect item, Arden Shoes will cover the return shipping cost.

  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping.

Please use secure packaging and a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival.

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Gift cards

  • Digital products or activation codes

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Items marked Final Sale or Clearance

  • Products showing significant use, missing accessories/packaging, or damaged due to improper handling

Exchanges

The fastest way to exchange an item is to:

  1. Request and complete an approved return

  2. Place a new order for the replacement item


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to process and post the refund.
